Dear Warner University Online Students,
The impact of Hurricane Ian has affected some people in our community in devastating ways. In order to best accommodate our students and reduce unnecessary anxiety during these challenging times, please note that all work for week 6 (the current week/Monday, September 26 through Sunday, October 2) will not be required for your online courses. We are going to remove those assignments from the requirements and move forward to week 7. If you have already submitted assignments for week 6, you will receive credit for those assignments—but you will not be penalized for work not submitted during week 6.
Slight exceptions and adjustments relate to week 6 assignments that are essential for the completion of the course, such as items in the Educational Studies program that are needed for FEAP portfolios or an assignment that is part of an overall project. Such assignments will simply be moved to week 7. If you are in a course associated with this exception/adjustment, your online instructor will let you know.
