Kaylee Norris, Frostproof native and Warner Alum, is taking on new heights with her career at Highlands Precision Ag all while completing her Masters in Business Administration, which she is due to graduate with this year!
Kaylee was an Agriculture Studies major while attending WU full time. Her drive for agriculture was nothing new for her as she had been an active FFA member since she was in middle school.
Norris was also the President of our Collegiate FFA chapter and served as a National Ag Ambassador which allowed her to travel all over the state and nation studying different agricultural outlets.

At Highlands, Kaylee oversees the software design, food safety, and sales side of the company. She works closely with growers in order to allow them to reach their full potential.
During her time as a student, the Ag program at Warner expanded Kaylee’s knowledge in different commodities while allowing her to see the need for evolving technologies in modern day agriculture, which she hopes to now share with her growers.
Kaylee isn’t the only ag expert sitting around her family dinner table. Her older brother, Trey Norris, is a proud Warner Alum who is now working on a cabbage farm in Bunnell, Florida. Trey and Kaylee actually sat side by side on their graduation day! How cool is that?

After 4 years at WU, you can assume Kaylee has some pretty funny stories to share. One that sticks out to her most is when a massive rain storm came during the graduation commencement. Kaylee and Mrs. Lottie Sanders were running through the rain and mud puddles to get umbrellas for guests!
Goodluck, Kaylee on all your future endeavors! We wish you nothing but the best!

I watched Kaylee grow up as a child and mature as a young lady. I always knew if I had the chance I would hire her one day. She is an awesome person and a magnet of positivity. She is a true Champion and I am proud to be on her team!
