What’s Required?

Warner Admissions uses the following criteria to determine traditional transfer admission to Warner University.

Students looking to transfer with 24 transferable credit hours from another post-secondary institution should be in good academic and disciplinary standing with over a 2.0 GPA. 

If the student is transferring into any of the teacher education programs, the entry requirement is a 2.50 or greater.

As a condition for admission, the applicant must submit official transcripts from each college and university attended. Most grades will be accepted upon transfer into Warner University, but please be advised that the amount of “D” grades that can apply to the completion of a degree are limited.

How to Apply

Submit the following to the Admissions Office.

  • Completed transfer admissions application
  • Non-refundable application fee of $20
  • Official College transcript(s). *Decisions are based on the most recent transcripts. Updated transcripts must be submitted once a graduation date has been posted.

Accepted Students

Once accepted, students must submit or complete the following in their application portal:

  • Acknowledge the Offer of Admission
  • Pay a Confirmation Payment
  • Housing Survey**
  • Completed FAFSA
  • Health Forms (Must be submitted to mywuforms@warner.edu before moving on campus)
  • Athletic Participation Forms (For recruited athletes only)

Living on Campus

**Traditional students are required to live in on-campus housing at Warner unless they meet at least one of the following requirements (and required to complete the Off-Campus Housing Application):

  • Living in the home of a parent or guardian within 50 miles of campus
  • At least 21 years old
  • Married or the custodial parent of a child
  • 5th-year Senior
