Teaching with Primary Sources

Taking Education Beyond the Classroom

We have been blessed with several grants through the Library of Congress regional grant program. We are currently affiliated with the Southern Region through Middle Tennessee State University. This all began by attending a teacher institute at the Library of Congress in Washington, DC. Materials that have been developed are provided as PDFs for free downloads. Questions and comments are welcome. Please use the Get in Touch links.

We are in the process of developing more resources for elementary learners. The newest ones will focus on Science and STEM. Check back soon for more resources.

STEM Stories and Stories Lives Tell are sponsored in part by the Library of Congress Teaching with Primary Sources Southern Region at Middle Tennessee State University. Content created and featured in partnership with the TPS Southern Region does not indicate an endorsement by the Library of Congress.
