The President’s Cabinet: Scarlett Jackson

Scarlett has served at Warner University in a variety of capacities for over seven years. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Warner in 2011, and went on to earn her Master of Educational Leadership from the American College of Education in 2014. Scarlett is also pursuing a Masters in Agriculture and Consumer Services with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026.

“Warner University is a place where students, faculty, and staff are seen, known, and loved—not only by one another, but most importantly by their Creator. Each day, we come together to point others to Jesus, encourage one another, and live out that love in community. That’s what makes being part of Warner so meaningful and why our community is so deeply mission-minded.” – Scarlett Jackson

Scarlett first served Warner University as the Director of Agricultural Programming and Development in 2015, where she played a pivotal role in revitalizing and expanding the University’s Agricultural Studies Department. Under her leadership, the department underwent a significant redevelopment, strengthening its academic offerings, expanding opportunities for students, and establishing a stronger foundation for the program’s long-term growth.

One of Scarlett’s most significant accomplishments was her leadership in securing more than $3 million in support for the construction of the state-of-the-art Ed & Myrtle Lou Swindle Agriculture Complex. Her ability to cultivate relationships with donors and community partners helped transform the vision for a premier agricultural facility into a reality, providing Warner students with enhanced spaces and resources for hands-on learning and professional preparation.

Through her vision, leadership, and commitment to agricultural education, Scarlett helped position the Agricultural Studies Department as one of the most successful and rapidly growing programs at Warner University. Her work not only strengthened the department academically and financially but also elevated Warner’s presence within the agricultural community and created new opportunities for students to pursue their passion for agriculture while preparing for meaningful careers and service.

After a stint of time with the Florida FFA Foundation, where she served as Executive Director, Scarlett returned to Warner University in 2021 as the Director of Admissions and was named a member of the President’s Cabinet. Bringing with her a wealth of experience in agricultural education, fundraising, external relations, and organizational leadership, she quickly made a significant impact on the University’s enrollment efforts. Her leadership ushered in a new era of enrollment growth and success, strengthening recruitment strategies, expanding relationships with prospective students and families, and helping position Warner for continued growth.

In 2024, Scarlett returned to her roots in agricultural education when she was appointed Assistant Vice President of Agriculture Programs and External Relations. In this role, she once again leveraged the relationships and partnerships she had cultivated throughout her career to advance Warner’s agricultural mission and expand opportunities for students. Her deep connections within the agricultural community, combined with her reputation for integrity and commitment to student success, proved instrumental in securing more than $100,000 in grant funding to support agricultural scholarships, internships, and broader program initiatives.

In 2026, Scarlett was appointed Vice President of Advancement, marking another significant chapter in her longstanding leadership at Warner University and bringing her back to the President’s Cabinet. In this role, she serves as a key ambassador for the University, representing Warner with authenticity, professionalism, and a deep commitment to its mission.

Her extensive relationships throughout the local community, agricultural industry, and philanthropic circles have made her uniquely positioned to advance the University’s vision and cultivate meaningful partnerships. The trust and credibility she has built throughout her career have allowed her to strengthen relationships with alumni, donors, community leaders, and other key stakeholders. Her ability to connect people to Warner’s mission and communicate the University’s impact has already proven invaluable in advancing institutional priorities and creating new opportunities for growth and support.

“Scarlett’s connections in central Florida and her deep love for Warner University are important, but her ability to communicate Warner’s ethos, vision, and value, coupled with her winsomeness, sincerity, and strong Christian convictions, are what impress me most. She is also trusted by everyone who knows her—because she has spent her life demonstrating her trustworthiness in all she does. She was made for advancement work that advances God’s kingdom and purposes.” – Dr. Sutton

Warner University is thankful for Scarlett Jackson and the invaluable leadership she provides.
