Dr. Flaming has served at Warner University since 2019. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Leadership from Warner in 2019, and went on to earn his Master of Science in Management from Warner in 2022. Dr. Flaming also earned a Doctorate of Education in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University in 2025.

Dr. Flaming first joined the admissions family as a student worker during his undergraduate studies. His consistent pursuit of excellence and intentional disposition was rewarded with a full-time position upon graduation. Shortly thereafter, he was promoted to Assistant Director of Admissions and oversaw the campus visit experience and online enrollment. After several years in this role, he was named Assistant to the President and served as a key advisor to the President and Board of Trustees while serving as a member of the President’s Cabinet. In 2024, Dr. Flaming was named Assistant Vice President of Enrollment and Marketing while maintaining his seat on the President’s Cabinet. Under his leadership, and in that same year, Warner University welcomed the largest incoming traditional class in the university’s history.
In the fall of 2026, after several years of robust enrollment, Dr. Flaming was promoted to Vice President of Enrollment and Marketing. Through strategic recruitment efforts, data-informed decision-making, collaboration across campus, and a strong focus on the student experience, he has helped strengthen Warner’s enrollment efforts and positioned the university for continued growth. On the marketing side, Dr. Flaming has helped strengthen Warner’s identity and voice by ensuring that the university’s messaging clearly reflects its commitment to Christ and fidelity to Scripture. He has worked to communicate Warner’s mission, academic programs, and student experience in ways that authentically represent who the university is while connecting with prospective students and their families.
