Sharon ‘Shay’ Kochanowski serves as an Academic Success Coach and has lived in Lake Wales since 1978. After raising her children, Shay earned her BA in Elementary Education and Master’s of Education from Warner. She taught elementary school for seventeen years and has previously served as an adjunct instructor at Warner and Polk State College. Along with her BA and M.A.Ed., Shay has also received National Board Certification and completed all graduate work for a Doctorate in Reading Education at Nova Southeastern University.

Her favorite scripture is 2 Timothy 1:7 – “For God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”
