Get to Know Drew Stacey
Drew Stacey is Warner’s Head Men’s Soccer Coach. He has been leading the program since spring of 2014. He served for four years in the United States Marine Corps and earned a National Coaching Diploma from Wofford College. Drew has coached twelve All-American teams and seven NAIA Champions of Character recipients. He was named Sun Conference Coach of the Year twice in 2012 and 2018, as well NCCAA South Region Coach of the Year twice in 2006 and 2018. He was also named the (NSCAA) Coach of the Year, and he was recognized by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America 2006.
Drew has many hobbies, including surfing and mountain bike racing. Most of all, he loves spending quality time with his wife Becky and his son Sebastian. His favorite Bible verse is Mark 9:35: “Sitting down, Jesus called the Twelve and said, ‘Anyone who wants to be first must be the very last, and the servant of all.'”
