Get to Know Dr. Gentry Sutton
Gentry Sutton serves Warner as the Executive Vice President and Vice President for Advancement. He has been with Warner since July of 2019. He has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Sterling College, a Master of Arts in English from Emporia State University, and a Doctor of Educational Ministry from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he was named Outstanding Doctoral Student in 2015. He also won the Society of Professors in Christian Education Scholastic Award in 2015.
Gentry is an Oklahoma native. In his free time, he loves to watch professional tennis. His favorite Bible verse is Revelation 21:4: “‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
