We’re Here to Help!
Warner University is committed to providing accommodations to enrolled or admitted students under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA).
Students who request academic accommodations must register with and provide documentation to the Director of the Office of Accommodations. A confidential and courteous eligibility intake process will take place to determine eligibility.
Eligible students that register must finalize Accommodation Plans for individual courses each semester with the service director.
Steps to Apply for Accommodations
The specifics of your application for accommodations will depend on your disability and what accommodations you need, but the basic steps remain the same for everyone:
- First, you must fill out the online application for accommodations. This form will help our team understand what kind of accommodations you need. You will need to have your documentation ready to attach to your application. Shortly after you finish your application, our director of accommodations will be in touch with you to get you the help you need.
- Second, you must submit official documentation verifying your need for accommodations. Upload files in your application or email them directly to accommodations@warner.edu. This documentation must fulfill certain requirements depending on the disability being reported. Please refer to our guidelines for documenting disability for full instructions.
- Once your application and documentation have been received and reviewed, the Director of Accommodations will be in touch with you to get you the help you need. Please review our Office of Accommodations Policies and Procedures below as you prepare for your meeting.
