LAKE WALES, Fla. – Warner University has entered an articulation agreement with AdventHealth University in Orlando that will expand academic and career pathways for students pursuing healthcare professions.
The partnership will provide Warner University students with opportunities for transfer, resource sharing, and completion of studies in Nuclear Medicine, Nursing, the Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Sciences and the Master of Healthcare Administration. Students in undergraduate programs complete required prerequisite courses at Warner before transferring to AdventHealth University. Academic advising teams from both institutions will work with students to support a smooth and successful transfer process.
Liana Sanchez-Puig, MD, chair of Warner University’s Natural Sciences and Mathematics Department, emphasized the broader impact of the collaboration.
“All programs are designed to equip students with the competencies required for professional success while being supported by dedicated faculty and a curriculum emphasizing leadership and compassionate, faith-based care,” Sanchez-Puig said.
The program even provides pathways for students to pursue a non-clinical career in healthcare. “We are particularly enthusiastic about the MHA program, which enables students with undergraduate degrees in business or science to pursue graduate-level education and further realize their professional potential,” Sanchez-Puig said.
Warner University is a private, not-for-profit institution of higher education located in Lake Wales, Florida.
