Get to Know Sean Hanrahan
Sean Hanrahan serves Warner as the Athletic Director. He has been working with Warner since 2006. He was Warner’s Head Basketball Coach until 2023 when he was named Athletic Director. He has earned a bachelor’s in Psychology and Physical Education with a minor in Latin from Hanover College. Prior to his arrival at Warner, Sean coached college basketball for seven years. He is a five time Sun Conference Champion and also has earned the Conference Coach of the Year and Regional Coach of the Year awards. He is the winningest basketball coach in Warner University’s history.
Sean has two sisters: One is his twin named Katie, and the other is an older sister named Denise. He has been happily married to his wife Brandi for twenty-one years and they have two children together, Jordan and Mya. He goes fishing with his wife weekly. His favorite Bible verse is Colossians 3:23: “Whatever you do, do it from the heart, as something done for the Lord and not for people.”
