Get to Know Miriam Alcala
Miriam Alcala is an Academic Success Coach for Warner. Her duties include creating class schedules for incoming freshmen and helping current students understand what classes they need to sign up for. She began working at Warner in July of 2023. Miriam earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
Miriam is an avid The Lord of the Rings fan. She also has a special interest in studying reptiles. Her favorite Bible verse is 2 Corinthians 12:9: “But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest upon me.”
