Get to Know Martha Durrance
Martha Durrance is an Instructor of English at Warner. She joined Warner’s faculty in July of 2023. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English and Elementary Education and a Master of Arts in English from Stetson University. Martha brings with her more than fifteen years of teaching experience and educational consulting. She was the Teacher to Teacher Connections Developer Grant Award Winner in 2003. She also was the Title I Best Practices Idea Expo Award Winner and Presenter in 1998 and 1999.
Martha is a sixth-generation Floridian and lives in a house that her great-grandfather built. She loves to spend time with her family and cook. Her favorite Bible verse is 1 Peter 5:7: “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.”
