Get to Know Dr. Verna Omanwa
Verna Omanwa serves Warner as a Professor of Business and Finance, as well as the Chair of the Business Administration Department. Verna has been working with Warner since August of 2000. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from Warner University, in addition to a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Argosy University. She is a Certified Financial Planner professional, and she has published articles in several journals, such as The Atlantic Marketing Journal, The Global and Management Research Journal, and The International Journal of Marketing Studies.
Verna loves to be in nature and do outdoor activities. She also loves to travel. Her favorite Bible verse is Proverbs 3:5: “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.”
