David Linton is an Assistant Professor of Exercise Science at Warner University. He joined the Warner team in August 2025. He has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from DePauw University and a Master of Science in Exercise and Nutrition Science from the University of Tampa. He is on course to complete a Doctor of Education in Exercise Science from Concordia University, St. Paul in December 2025.
David holds a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He specializes in coaching speed, strength, and power development in sports performance.
His favorite Bible verse is Isaiah 40:31: “but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”
