Alumni Event: 2026 Warner Cares Day

It’s nearly spring, Royals, and that means that it’s almost time for Warner Cares Day 2026. Following a brief hiatus, the event will return and Warner alumni are invited to participate! Join us March 24 as we serve our neighbors in Lake Wales and then return to campus for a picnic lunch.

Warner Cares Day began in 2013 as a collaboration between the university and alumnus Rob Quam of the Lake Wales Care Center. Students, faculty, and staff step away from classes and their regular work responsibilities to participate in service projects at schools and nonprofits in the community. Projects include both outdoor and indoor activities to ensure volunteers of all abilities can fully participate.
