Warner University has announced a new Housing Plan for Fall 2023. The announcement comes after a record-breaking enrollment year where the university found itself at capacity and in need of additional student housing. Warner will be adding three modular dorms to campus creating an additional 132 single-bed male rooms.

The rooms will each measure 12 feet by 17 feet and will include a twin-XL bed, desk, dresser, television, closet, and personal sink. Each room will have a shared jack-and-jill-style bathroom and will cost $2,750 per semester.

The new modular dorms will be located behind our current William and Holland Halls creating a “trio” of dorms. The university will also be constructing a new outdoor community area near this trio for students to hang out and bond.

The modular dorms, along with all other housing options on campus, are available on a first-come first-serve basis. Students planning to attend Warner in Fall 2023 are able to begin making their housing selection on February 27, 2023 within their ROAR portal.
