The weekend of April 17 through 19, 2015, was the annual Lake Wales Breakfast Rotary Club Boys Camp. Attending campers came from the local elementary schools in Lake Wales. Sixty 4th and 5th grade boys came to Circle F Dude Ranch, Friday, April 17 and stayed till noon on Sunday, April 19. Many of the boys were saddened when Sunday came and they had to “pack up their gear” in preparation for returning home. Some came from very poor homes, not only economically, but socially as well. When asked what was most memorable about their weekends, with resound, came the accolades for their camp counselors. Twelve Warner men had life changing impacts on the boys that came for the weekend. These Warner men not only carried themselves well as athletes, but as young men with a passion to make a difference in this world for Christ. They are incredible ambassadors for Warner and amazing young men of impeccable character and integrity. These Warner men made a weekend of fun a life changing experience for 60 boys in the Lake Wales community. To God Be the Glory!
The Warner men at camp were Eddie Ramos, Antonio Hughes, Katavis Jackson, Tyrie Bryant, Michael Styles, Al Coleman, David Dyer, Jayvon Young, Curtis Ford, Quantrell Allison, Quez Crumitty, and Matt Williams.
