Minors

Minors

Students may be required or choose to complete a minor subject depending on their selected major. Majors that require a minor are noted in the program sections the Academic Catalog. A minor requires at least 18 credit hours in the minor subject area and at least one-half of the credits for the minor must be earned in residence. Students cannot apply more than two (2) courses earned toward their major to complete a minor. A grade of “C” or higher is required in all courses of the minor.

Astronomy

The minor in Astronomy consists of 21 credit hours.

The minor in Biblical Studies requires 21 credit hours and BST 1010, 3110, 3210, 4130, and 4230 do not apply. Students may use up to 6 hours from the major. BST 2010 or 2020 will be completed in General Education.
