Position duties include teaching undergraduate courses in accounting (graduate if qualified) in traditional as well as nontraditional settings (including online). Of particular importance is the ability and desire to integrate the study and practice of accounting and business to the Christian faith. In addition, duties will include the normal faculty responsibilities and activities such as: advising individual students and student groups, scholarship and involvement in professional growth and development activities, and participation in school and college wide faculty committees and meetings. The ideal candidate will be academically qualified with a PhD or DBA in accounting (master’s degree candidates will be considered) and capable of teaching the typical accounting curriculum. Successful faculty candidates will bridge business theory and practice through quality instruction and applied intellectual contributions.
