Warner Southern College offers three graduate programs for working adults:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)

  • Master of Arts in Education (M.A.Ed.)

  • Master of Science in Management (M.S.M) Online Program

Each professional degree program is designed to prepare students for managerial and leadership roles, giving them a competitive advantage in the workplace. Professional peers make up the small class sizes, allowing for discussion and debate between students and faculty, and creating an enhanced learning environment.

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
The Warner Southern College Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program is a professional degree program for working adults and is designed to prepare students for managerial roles in business and non-for-profit organizations. MBA graduates increase their chances of succeeding in today’s business environment. Classes are offered at the Lake Wales campus.

  • Classes held one night per week and one Saturday per course

  • Classes begin in fall and spring

  • Small class size offers greater interaction between students and professor

  • Qualified faculty who have earned doctorates in their fields and kept up-to-date on current business topics

Master of Arts in Education (M.A.Ed.)
The Master of Arts in Education Degree Program is for working professionals in the field of education. It prepares classroom teachers for curricular leadership. The class schedules are convenient for working adults and the course loads are manageable. Classes are offered at the Lake Wales campus.

Master of Science in Management (M.S.M) Online Program
The Master of Science in Management Program at Warner Southern College is designed to prepare students for managerial and leadership roles in today’s workforce. Adults in the fields of health care, law enforcement, psychology, sociology, education and business will find the MSM program very beneficial for future career and personal growth. Courses are offered online throughout the year.
